Thursday Night Meditation

How is your life going? Everybody is hustling. It seems like work never stops. Stressed? Tired? Do you want to have a good rest? Find some peace and sanity to keep you going? If so, please join us for our ongoing Thursday Night Meditation from 8:10 – 10 PM.

Meditation is a well-known relaxation technique that centers around clearing the mind. People may practice meditation for a variety of reasons, such as a way to manage stress, improve concentration, or deal with emotions. Scientific research shows that it could have a positive impact on your sleep. Sleep problems often stem from stress and worry, but meditation improves your relaxation response. Once you establish a routine, it will improve your quality of life.
